KLEO BURKUM KID ’ S ENSEMBLE Kleo is excited to be a part of Meet Me in St . Louis , her first show with Theatre Cedar Rapids ! Kleo is a fifth-grader at Solon Intermediate School . She has previously been in Young Footliters ’ Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Jr . ( Marta ) and shows at Solon , including The Little Mermaid ( Baby Mermaid ), Mary Poppins ( Toy ), and Seussical Jr . ( Elephant Bird ). She wants to thank the cast and crew for making this production possible and her family for helping her along the way .
SOPHIA DAVIDSON KID ’ S ENSEMBLE Sophia Davidson is so excited to make her debut to the TCR mainstage this winter ! Some of her past roles include “ Emily ” in Our Town at Linn- Mar High School , and “ Ursula ” in The Little Mermaid Jr . at TCR . She is also currently assistant directing the freshman show , She Kills Monsters , at Linn-Mar . Sophia would like to thank her family for being so supportive of her theatrical dreams and the cast and crew for making this delightful show happen !
SETH ENGEN ENSEMBLE Seth is thrilled to be meeting you all in St . Louis for this amazing show ! Seth is back at TCR after performing roles such as an Angel in Kinky Boots , Herr Zeller in The Sound of Music , and Doc the Dock Worker in Mamma Mia !. And now , for a bonus bit of St . MIC EVANS WARREN SHEFFIELD After a year of teaching and directing , Mic Evans is excited to be back under the lights ! No stranger to the TCR stage , Mic has been seen over the years as " Quasimodo " in The Hunchback of Notre Dame , " Monty Navarro " in A Gentleman ' s Guide to Love and Murder and as " Renfield " in Dracula , as well as appearances with Mirrorbox Theatre , The Giving Tree Theater and SPT Theatre- among others . This human couldn ' t do what he does without an amazing , giant net of support- people that he admires every day .
COOPER GASPER KID ’ S ENSEMBLE I am 14-years-old and in the 8th grade at Excelsior Middle School . I have been doing theater for as long as I can remember . I love singing and dancing on stage in front of an audience . Some shows I ' ve done at TCR include : Sound of Music , Kinky Boots , Little Mermaid Jr , Elf The Musical , Aladdin Jr , and Frozen Jr . I have also been on the Giving Tree stage several times , most recently as Eugene in Brighton Beach Memoirs .
ROSEMARY GAST MRS . ANNA SMITH Rosemary Gast , soprano , has professionally performed on operatic and musical theatre stages . Her many operatic roles span from Mozart , Puccini and Verdi . Musical theatre roles include Ms . Hannigan , in Annie and Madame Thenardier in Les Miserables . Rosemary has had the privilege of performing Big Edie in Grey Gardens with Revival Theatre Company .
