FSU Health, College of Medicine programs get new home

FSU Health, in partnership with the College of Medicine and other Florida State University programs, continues to expand its reach with the ultimate goal of improving patient care.
The College of Medicine recently acquired and renovated a 35,743-square-foot, two-story building just northeast of downtown to bring together a host of patient-care services, research and educational programs— with some services found nowhere else in the region, such as genetic counseling.
“ FSU Health has a positive impact on thousands of lives, but when you begin to see just some of its programs and healthcare services in one place, you realize how impressive it is and the broad impact it has,” said Alma Littles, M. D., dean of the College of Medicine.“ I am proud that the College of Medicine is leading the charge in developing new patient care services, supporting existing programs and building upon our already excellent medical education programs, all for the benefit of the people of our region and state.”
Although additional programs and services will be added, following is a list of the ones currently in the facility.
