meditation to use to
help relieve your
anxiety.
The type of meditation
that I use to help
relieve my anxiety is
mindfulness
meditation and what
that is. It's focusing on
one thing and not
letting that other mind
chatter continue to
take over your
thoughts.
There are different
ways to do this and I'll
go over one in just a
bit, but what it does is that as you're focusing on one thing, you're clearing
out all of those negative thoughts. All of those perceptions of the fears and
the worries and everything else like that, and over time it helps you to
recognize when you have a fear or worry pop up and then you get to decide,
