Respiratory conditions o Severe asthma at any age or asthma symptoms( and / or inhaler use) within the last 2 years o Current chronic lung disease( including COPD, bronchiectasis, emphysema, cystic fibrosis or active tuberculosis) o Spontaneous pneumothorax which has not had definitive surgical treatment
Cardiovascular conditions o Ischaemic heart disease o High blood pressure( treated or untreated) o Some congenital heart disease, some valvular disease or all cardiomyopathies
Nervous System conditions o Diagnosis of epilepsy( excluding benign Rolandic and some petit mal), or more than 1 seizure after your 6th birthday, or a single seizure within the last 5 years o Severe or recurrent headache( including migraine) within the last 2 years o Recurrent faints
Ear, nose and throat conditions o o

Current ear, nose, throat, or sinus disease Hearing loss sufficient to require hearing aids or cochlear implants Other conditions such as Meniere’ s disease or otosclerosis
