Respiratory conditions
Severe asthma at any age or asthma symptoms( and / or inhaler use) within the last 2 years
Current chronic lung disease( including COPD, bronchiectasis, emphysema, cystic fibrosis or active tuberculosis)
Spontaneous pneumothorax which has not had definitive surgical treatment
Cardiovascular conditions
Ischaemic heart disease
High blood pressure( treated or untreated)
Some congenital heart disease, some valvular disease or all cardiomyopathies
Nervous System conditions
Diagnosis of epilepsy( excluding benign Rolandic and some petit mal), or more than 1 seizure after your 6th birthday, or a single seizure within the last 5 years
Severe or recurrent headache( including migraine) within the last 2 years
Recurrent faints
Ear, nose and throat conditions
Current ear, nose, throat, or sinus disease
Hearing loss sufficient to require hearing aids or cochlear implants
Other conditions such as Meniere’ s disease or otosclerosis
