3 rd Year CSPE Fundraiser
for Pieta House
As part of ‘Wellbeing Week’ in Maynooth Education
Campus C.S.P.E class 3B and Mr Larkin ran a bake
sale/raffle on Thursday the 3rd of October. The group
promoted a positive environment within school and also
provided information on the exceptional work carried out
by Pieta House amongst students and staff. 500 euro
was raised in total and all proceeds have been donated
to Pieta House.
Thank you to 3B and everyone who bought baked
goods on the day. A special thanks to Ms Hynes in the
Home Economics Dept. for all her help, Deputy Ms
Donoghue and all staff who supported the cause.

Translations Winners
Congratulations and well done to our students who
proved themselves as the best translators in the
national competition for translators in secondary
schools.
Vicky He (MCC) was the winner of the Chinese-
English competition and Niamh Krahn (MPP)
was the winner of the German-English competition
under the guidance of Ms English.
This competition is organised annually by the Irish
Translators' & Interpreters' Association.
