U19 Girls
Basketball Win
The Under 16 boys footballer's run
in the Dublin A championship came
to an end v Benildus away (Nov 5th).
In an attritional game, hampered
hugely by a gael force wind blowing
across the Benildus astro, the lads
came up just short on a scoreline of
0-7 to 1-3.
Although it wasn’t to be on the day,
the talent within this group is
undeniable and we are positive that
their day will come as they enter the
Senior ranks from next year.
U16 Girls GAA Win
Our Under 16 girls are looking
forward to a Leinster Quarter Final
in January after finishing top of their
group which contained Athy,
Newbridge and old rivals Naas.
The girls put in a brilliant display
against a fancied Naas team in their
final game to ensure qualification.
Best of luck to the girls in the new
year as they strive to bring the
Leinster title home for the first time.
Well done to our U19 Girls Basketball team who beat Santa
Sabina on Friday 22nd Nov. in the first round of SSA
Premier Basketball League. Final score 26-18.
