In a large sauté pan, add a layer of oil about 1/4” - 2/4” deep. Heat on medium for 1 minute. Add meatballs with a spoon and cook until browned, about 4 minutes on each side. Meatballs should be brown, but do not need to be cooked all the way through at this stage. Remove meatballs from oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel, to remove the excess oil. 07
