· Make your little plastic purse
air-tight by bringing the edges
of the wrap together, pressing
air out, twisting a few times
and tying off with kitchen
string.
Repeat process with each egg.

Poach eggs:
While bringing water to boil
on high, lightly toast English
muffin halves.
· Once water is boiling, gently
lower bags into water.
You can hold onto the strings
above water, as if fishing, to
ease retrieval.
· Cook for 4 minutes sharp.
· Remove from water, and
remove eggs from plastic
purses by snipping the plastic
just under the kitchen string.
· Set aside momentarily while
preparing garnish.
