3.1 Projects steps and what has been done in brief 1. Discussing the key project objectives and setting of milestones: Firstly, the project objectives, key success criteria and milestones were discussed and set with the CEO of VUSA Mr. Heinrich Schlegel. 2. Getting overview over existing IT architecture and understanding the different needs of involved parties: Secondly, I spent significant amount of time to get an overview of the existing IT architecture and organisation of the folder structure of the sales team. In addition I spent time with the various sales people and research analysts who were directly involved in the source of the problem. 3. Concept creation: Having the relevant data and discussed the different needs of the involved parties I felt adequately confident to design the layout of the solution.
