Ashley Murphy is someone who had made a difference in the world. She has inspired many people the they can overcome their challenges. She has travelled across Canada as a We Day speaker and she is a role model especially for people who is HIV positive. Since she was 6 months old she has been struggling to fight for her life because she was HIV positive. To make it even worse her mother had dug problems and she was put into foster care. She was then adopted by a wonderful family who cared for her very much. She had 9 sibling in total and all of them had special need too. Ashley is a 16 year old teenager who loves singing, acting and decorating her room with Eiffel Tower pictures. One of her best achievement was when she went to kenya in summer, 2014 she meet two young girls who was also HIV positive. She was then inspired by them and she started a fundraising to build a school in Kenya with the help of the Free The Children organization. She has been featured in the media like the Canadian Living Magazine and CTV News. There are three word that she said that make an impact and it was “ Rock your Differences” .
