We started with davening, had a nice Kiddush, and played some games. After lunch, we “took over” Riverside Park. It was fun hanging out with everyone there! Back at MDS, we davened Mincha, ate Seudah Shlishit, davened Ma'ariv, heard Havdallah, and went to the gym to dance and listen to Rabbi Levy and Rabbi Litton sing. A Melava Malka with pizza and ice cream was the perfect end to our Shabbaton. It was hard saying goodbye to our new friends. We hope to stay in touch! It was so much fun and a great experience for Yachad members, the eighth grade and the staff.
