Making your Mid‐County account easier, faster, and paper‐free
Managing your Mid‐County account has never been easier. Our accounting team uses AgVantage, a secure online system that gives customers quick access to their account information, past purchases, patronage details, and payment options— all in one place. More and more customers are choosing to go paperless and use the online portal, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Why go paperless?
Paperless billing lets customers receive invoices and statements by email— often within 24 hours of delivery. It reduces mail clutter, speeds up communication, and gives customers the flexibility to choose exactly what they want to receive. Some prefer emailed invoices only, others want both invoices and statements, and some choose to eliminate paper entirely. The system is customizable to fit each customer’ s needs.
Going paperless also helps reduce mailing costs and manual processing, allowing our team to work more efficiently and accurately.
What you can do in the Online Portal
Once registered, customers can:
• View and download invoices, statements, and past purchases
• Track fuel, propane, chemical, and product history
• Review patronage activity and download 1099 forms
• Make ACH payments directly from their bank account
• Give access to other people within a business or farm operation
Payments made online post quickly, helping customers take advantage of the 10‐day fuel and propane discount when eligible.
How online payments work
Customers log in using their Mid‐County customer number and create a secure account. From there, they can choose to pay a single invoice, multiple invoices, or their full balance. Banking information is saved securely, making future payments fast and simple.
While credit card payments are not currently supported through the portal, ACH payments remain the most cost‐effective option for both customers and the cooperative.

Customers who have switched to paperless billing and online access say they appreciate the convenience— especially being able to check their account anytime from a phone, tablet, or computer. Businesses also value the ability to give access to multiple team members, making bookkeeping and budgeting easier.
A simple way to stay organized
The biggest tip from our accounting team: sign up and stay connected. Many customers miss important information simply because mail gets overlooked. With electronic access, everything you need is available instantly and securely.
Getting Started
Accessing your Mid‐County account online is quick and simple. Visit midcountycoop. com and click MY ACCOUNT LOG IN at the top of the page. On the next screen, select First Time Sign‐On and follow the prompts to create your secure account. If you don’ t know your Account ID, our office team can help— just call( 952) 466‐3700 and we’ ll get you set up.
If you’ d like to receive your bill by email, our
team can take care of that for you. Just email cred it @ midcountycoop. com and let us know you want to sign up for paperless billing. Be sure to include your account number and the email address where you’ d like your bill sent.
