PPP Specialists. Over 20 social infrastructure PPP Projects successfully delivered throughout the APAC region. MBM is one of Australia’s most experienced PPP advisors, having advised the Australia’s different State and Territory Governments on the majority of their Social Infrastructure PPP Projects. We have successfully taken these projects to financial close and operational completion, through to operational service delivery. MBM have a dedicated team of experienced advisors, with experts ranging from PPP advisory, technical advisory, construction cost advice, transition and mobilization experts and contract operation experts, including three of our nine directors. This means that each of our clients receives the day-to-day input of senior MBM experts including the involvement with at least one director. The longevity of our client relationships is an evidence of our approach and commitment to our clients over long and often complex procurement periods, some engagements lasting over a decade, and throughout the term of the PPP contract. We take a ‘best for project’ approach avoiding where possible demarcation disputes between team members but rather a solution focused culture. This leads to a more inclusive decision making process, and ultimately more successful outcome. We believe that fully integrating into the wider project team through co-location allows us to identify issues early, address stakeholder concerns with tried and tested responses and enables the focus of the project to be on stakeholder management rather than solely project documentation. Our extensive experience through all phases of the PPP lifecycle means that we have a wealth of cost data, and industry tested project documentation readily available, for feasibility and benchmarking, construction and facility operations, including hard and soft facilities management services.
