Dougal is one of Australia’s leading technical advisors on social infrastructure projects. He has prepared precedent documents for delivering holistic asset maintenance services including technical specifications, standards, KPIs and contractual provisions. Dougal has worked across Australia, Europe and Asia as part of the project team for a number of significant infrastructure projects in Berlin, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Thailand, and has managed local teams in both Vietnam and Hong Kong comprised of varying South East Asian staff members, including those from Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand. David is our technical advisory lead, and has over 20 years’ experience advising public sector clients on the procurement and management of their built assets. David’s innovative approach to operational solutions, and his strategic foresight has seen him continually engaged by our clients to provide advice. Prior to joining MBM, David worked in Australia, the UK and the US f or Ernst & Young and the UK government as an asset manager. Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and is an expert in fundamental quantity surveying and construction cost management services. Paul has played a major role in the AIQS and actively promotes professional standards and ethics. Paul has provided the full spectrum of cost management services and advice to both Government and the private sector in Australia and in the UK. Mike is our infrastructure advisory lead, and has extensive experience advising clients on the operations of their infrastructure assets. Prior to joining MBM, Mike was a director of Currie & Brown, and was involved in managing the relationship with KPK in Asia. This involved opportunities in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia. Services were provided to clients including Singapore Refining and opportunities with Shell and Caltex in the Philippines. Justin has is an experienced asset manager and consultant. He has bid, operated and advised on hard and soft facilities management services for social infrastructure facilities. Before moving to Australia, Justin worked for a major FM provider in the UK as a project manager and business development manager, tendering both PPP and traditional FM opportunities. Justin specialises in providing operational solutions to social infrastructure Public Private Partnerships (PPP) for both bidding consortia and the public sector, throughout the PPP lifecycle.
