consultant, facilitator, coach, and
lecturer on designing, leading,
and implementing personal and
organizational change efforts in
distinct settings across the globe.
For the past seven years, Thomas has
developed, designed, and led teams
to deliver leadership development
programs as well as coached
teams and managers at all levels
of leadership at the World Bank,
International Monetary Fund (IMF),
International Finance Corporation
(IFC), and Inter-American
Development Bank (IDB). He is also
President and co-founder of My City
At Peace, an organization dedicated
to creating peace in our cities.
