Hopes & Dreams Resource Tool Everyone plays a role in the success of the Referral Program.  Salesperson begins to introduce the program while building rapport with customer.  The Quick Tour is a great time to highlight the program’s benefits.  When closing, sales staff can ask for referrals.  Delivery/Warehouse team can mention the Referral Program again when delivering product.  During courtesy calls, salesperson should remind the customer about the Referral Program! Refer, Refer, Refer. If you are educating the customer on the program’s benefits, why wouldn't they want to participate? Hopes & Dreams…. A Mother’s work is never done.
