A Message

From Our

CEO

Thanks to our visionary leaders and dedicated team whose mission is to drive positive change and accelerate growth— and to you, our valuable members— 2024 was an extraordinary year for our BetterLife community. It was a year full of impressive accomplishments and impact, which I am pleased to share. You can find the complete 2024 Annual Fraternal and Financial Report on page 9.

Our focus in 2024 was to increase member groups, membership, and community impact— and I am excited to say we accomplished our goal. We welcomed 900 new members, a 20 % increase from our membership growth in 2023.
For the first time in almost 20 years, 2024 opened the door to seven new BetterLife community member groups. With member groups spanning 18 states, we do more than provide a competitive portfolio of products. We offer opportunities to connect with like-minded members passionate about protecting their families and strengthening their communities. Discover more about our member groups on page 4.
Last year we hosted over 90,000 attendees at BetterLife events, from our insightful All-Member Gathering to festive holiday potlucks. I am also proud to report that our member satisfaction rating rose to 78 %— a testament to our unwavering commitment to putting members first.
Last year, we also prioritized creating connections, one of the foundational pillars of the BetterLife company and our communities. We launched our comprehensive social membership program— BetterLife Connect— to bring people together in the shared pursuit of building belonging.
I am honored to continue our great work in 2025 for another outstanding year of impact, connection, and growth. I look forward to sharing more at our 2025 Regional Gatherings. I hope you will join us!
Thank you for your support this past year and for being an essential part of our BetterLife family.
Gratefully,
