Charbonneau Country Club Annual Meeting : Wednesday , May 15 from 630-8 p . m . in the Clubhouse Center Dinning Room . All residents are invited and
KELLS encouraged to attend . Come meet your board members . Find out what ’ s been going on this year and how the projects are coming along and get an update on the finances of Charbonneau .
Annual Board Meeting : Immediately after the CCC Annual Meeting , from 8-10 p . m . This meeting will take the place of the normal first Tuesday of the month board meeting . All residents are welcome to stay and attend this meeting . During the meeting , there is a period

of time set aside for resident comments .
Billiard / pool : If you ’ d like to play some pool , meet other individuals who also like to play and may like to find someone to play with . All adult men and women are welcome to attend . We will be playing on Thursday , May 16 , starting at 2 p . m . Depending on how many people attend , we may do a rotation of players per game so more people can play . While waiting you can play ping-pong or shuffle board .
Shuffleboard : If you have an interest in playing shuffleboard , which is located in the Club House , and would like to learn the rules and some techniques , come join us on Friday , May 17 at 2 p . m ., with Jim Meierotto sharing his knowledge and tricks of the game . It ’ s really fun and frustrating to play .
Second Annual Partners Pitch Tournament : Friday , May 17 , 4:30 p . m . in the Charbonneau Activity Center . Our inaugural Partners Pitch Tournament was a success ! This year , it will be bigger and better with more prize money . Two men , two women or mixed couples can play . All levels are welcome . After the first two games , scorecards will determine which group a team will join for the final session play with a new scorecard .

Group A will include the highest scorers and group B will include the lowest scorers . Cash prizes will go to winners from each group . The event costs $ 40 per person and includes the entry fee , pitch , prizes and a fabulous taco dinner from “ The Market Café .” Bring your own beverage of choice if you wish . Iced tea and lemonade will be provided .

Please include : Your name , partner ’ s name , email , phone number and $ 40 cash or check made payable to “ Lindy Anderson .” ( If you wish , you can hand deliver the envelope to the pro-shop who will place it in Lindy ’ s box .)
There are limited seating and people are already signing up so enter soon to secure your place in the competition . Each team must include at least one resident of Charbonneau . Charbonneau Arts welcomes The Oregon Old Time Fiddlers Association :

As its motto states “ this organization is dedicated to the perpetuation and promotion of old time music .” This event will take place in the Charbonneau Club House Dining Room on May 19 from 12-8 p . m . During the day , there will be three workshops , starting at noon , that last for 90 minutes each , and end at 430 p . m . There will be a workshop for fiddlers , and one for players of string instruments that run at the same time . These educational workshops are free to students and adults who would like to learn to play Americana acoustic music ; just bring your violin , guitar , bass or mandolin . There will be a Concert Performance from 5:30-8 p . m .; tickets are just $ 15 each , and may be purchased at the Activity Center desk , online at http :// charbonneauarts . org / or in person on the day of the concert at the will-call desk in the Clubhouse . Seating for this event is general seating . Food and drink are available for purchase from the Market Café , located next door to the Clubhouse .
