LETTER FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT
Another season is upon us ! May marks the time of year when we begin to see more precipitation . As the weather heats up in our humid climate , the afternoon thunderstorms begin the brew . Before you know it , our turf will be growing at a rapid pace . The rough will start to thicken , and we will be working nonstop to keep our 130-acre property continually mowed out . Please note the weather each week plays a key role in what our team can accomplish on the golf course .
We will continue our aerification program throughout the summer months with the smaller solid tines . Although the smaller tines require more frequent aerifications , the playability throughout the entire process remains good .
