each phase, we have already begun to prepare for and plan how we may reopen our facilities safely. We understand this will require a tremendous amount of consideration for safety of our staff and residents. Our team is developing detailed plans for how we can reopen facilities and offer services that maintain physical distancing and safety guidelines such as masks, sanitizer stations, front desk plastic shields, technology enhancements, customer service changes and more. We will continue to adjust and evolve these plans as more information becomes available. This will be my last message, as our board transitions presidential leadership to Commissioner Bill Casey for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. It is a tough ending to an incredibly successful year. I’m so proud of all that we have accomplished since last May, from being awarded the Gold Medal Finalist award for Parks and Recreation, to hosting our Ultimate Ice Breaker event which launched the Glenview Community Ice Center renovation project, to reopening our fully renovated Interpretive Center at The Grove. Finally, I want to say thank you, Glenview. Thank you to all of you who serve our community as essential workers. Thank you to all of you who are staying home and protecting others. Thank you to all of you who are parents and teachers, tackling new challenges for our children. It’s you who make our community strong. As I continue to serve on this Board, I look forward to helping our community reopen and rebuild.
