Lavender Mint Matcha
This is a great mind boosting tea. If you can't find or don't have fresh herbs you can use ¼ amount in recipe and boil only for 5 mins or dried herbs can become bitter. Keep tasting to make sure!
¼ Cup Fresh Edible Lavender Petals
1Cup of Fresh Mint
2 Teaspoons of Organic Matcha-Me!

4 Slices of Lemon
Honey or Sweetener to Taste (if you have a sweet tooth)
Directions
1. Place lavender petals and mint leaves into a saucepan, pour water over lavender and mint, and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer tea until flavor is your desired strength, 15 to 20 minutes. Strain out mint and lavender petals. Allow to cool a little. While waiting mix ½ Teaspoon of Matcha powder with a little water in 4 cups till smooth. Strain and add your herb infused water. Sweeten to taste. If you prefer iced let cool a little and poor over ice. Garnish with lemon.

Homemade Matcha Chai
Makes around 7 serves
Try this:
Boil 5 minutes, then steep 10 minutes:
1 Tbsp fennel or anise seed
6 green cardamom pods
12 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1/4" ginger root, sliced thin
1/4 tsp black pepper corns
2 bay leaves
7 Cups water
Add, bring to a boil, and simmer 5 minutes:
Add to Matcha-Me! (about 4 teaspoons) mixed with a little water
Add:
6 Tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 Cup milk
