A grand display of smashing percussion,
Junkyard Symphony's Rhythm Explosion is
an awesome adventure into beat, tempo,
timing and the various rhythmical styles of
music. Add in some talented drumming, big
ball bowling, and plenty of audience
participation and what you get is a fantastic
percussive performance on recycled
instruments!

Recycle Rock (2 artists) Using ordinary
objects, this performance teaches the basics
of rhythm and recycling. Students learn
about the four R’s of waste reduction
(Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Rock!), the
basics of rhythm, ultimately discovering
that rhythm is truly a universal language.
