Last week we hosted our annual Youth Rugby Awards Night at Marr College. It was a fantastic evening celebrating another great season for Youth Rugby at Marr and a wonderful opportunity to highlight outstanding performance both on and off the pitch.
A massive thank you to our special guests, current Scotland international and ex Marr College pupil, Darcy Rae and former Marr College Head of Rugby, John Sharkey.

Youth Rugby community together and celebrate the amazing on and off field success that our teams have enjoyed this season.
A huge thank you to Darcy and John for making the effort to come along and present the awards. The opportunity for our young players to hear about Darcy’ s journey from Marr College to Pro Rugby was awesome.

At our Primary 7 Transition evening, some of our old S1 Portland pupils were given the opportunity to talk about their experiences in Marr. They were able to display a whole new level of confidence, speaking in front of parents and the new S1 pupils which was excellent to see. They were able to display the schools core values of Community, Ambition, Respect and Equality. Well done Team Portland!
