Throughout May, S4 Pupils embarked on their final Duke of Edinburgh Bronze expedition. This is the final step to be presented with their Bronze DofE Award( Duke of Edinburgh)
The Bronze award consists of 3 / 6 months of learning new skills, playing a sport & volunteering. Pupils chose one to do for 6 months, and 2 for 3 months. Finally, a 1-night expedition in the wild.
Pupils completed their expeditions in May, they cooked on trainees, carried full kit, including tents, food etc., for 2 days, and walked a total of 25k across 2 days,
