Issue Number 04 | November 2019
Micro Tyco
Scentsations, Amanda Steen and
The Jar.
The groups worked hard to
complete the many items on order
(well over 50!) and all have now
been delivered to staff and
students. To view the different
products that were on offer you can

Well done to all Business Education
S2 students that took part in the
Micro Tyco Challenge this year. They
had quite a variety of different items
for sale including snow globes,
honey, festive baubles, framed
wordless, light up bottles, festive hot
chocolate mugs and much more.
One group arranged an afternoon
tea for staff, with delicious cakes,
scones and sandwiches. Around 40
members of staff attended at £5 a
head. A big thank you to Mr Higgins
who was kind enough to make all of
the sandwiches himself! We would
also like to thank the many local
businesses that helped support our
group offering the Christmas raffle
this year. We were touched by the
number of local businesses to
support our students and offer
fantastic prizes for their raffle. A
massive thank you to: Pandora, The
Herbary, Arc De Bijoux, Bearing Gifts,
Strawberry Cushion, Make Up
Lounge, Powder Room, Words and
Music, Fitpit, The Crew, Nat, RNLI,
Gift
Horse,
Kristie’s
Flowers,
Thank you again to all the students,
staff, parents and guardians who
have supported our teams this year,
without you the Micro Tyco
Challenge wouldn’t be possible.
Though some cash is still to come in
for items purchased we look to have
raised over £900 which is an
improvement on last year. For more
information on how your money is
spent please click on the WildHearts
logo above.
