Use visuals whenever possible. For many people, visuals stick more in their minds than words. Visuals connect the image with the information needed and help create a mental shortcut. It may be easier to show someone what you are talking about instead of explaining it in words.
Train your employees. Teach them everything they need to know about your company and the technologies you use. Teach them how to use your programs and any other programs they may need to use. Do not expect that they are experts in any one area.
