All this took place while the agency continued to effectively implement new measures and to provide pandemic navigation tools for the struggling local community. With origins dating back to 1929, Atlas Insurance was built on cornerstones of integrity, transparency, relationships, and unparalleled broker expertise. Since then, Atlas has grown to become the largest and oldest insurance agency in Hawaii. Today Atlas employs more than 120 world-class experts in risk management, employee benefits, construction, claims management, and more. Atlas refers to its client base as the Atlas ohana, the Hawaiian word for “family.” Not only does Atlas serve a prestigious business client base of over 400 strong in the state of Hawaii, but tens of thousands of local families also count on Atlas for all of their personal insurance needs. Thanks to its many years of service and extensive expertise, Atlas is able to offer an unmatched combination of service, value, and expert guidance. The agency’s signature Blueprint process extensively analyzes client coverage to find ways to save, minimizing risk through training clients on the implementation of preventative measures and strategic, cutting-edge programming. The outbreak just happened to coincide with the first quarterly release of Atlas Risk & Business Magazine. The Spring issue was aimed to uplift regardless, encouraging business owners and others to stay focused while reintroducing readers to emerging and ongoing innovations in many industries. Feature articles include “Defend Your Mind from the Culture of Fear” by author of the best-selling Mind Capture, Tony Rubleski, and “The Better Life Challenge” by well-known American entrepreneur, marketer, and success coach, Dean Graziosi. This issue was curated to stimulate positive thinking and preserve motivation while clients and employees alike work in isolation. The agency has recently added a “Navigate COVID-19” section to its website designed to be easily accessible at no cost to its user base. An up-to-date Atlas news blog enables users to quickly streamline the latest in COVID-19 updates across industries. On March 19, Atlas announced that all of its employees would be working from home for the foreseeable future. The announcement also included online resources to assist with client preparedness and assured that all efforts would be made to ensure no interruption to insurance services and assistance availability. To provide additional support for its employees and the local economy during this time, Atlas sent out a gift of 100 locally made protective face masks to each of its employees. The team responded with selfies of themselves wearing their masks while working at home. With careful planning and the active support of Tulip Media Group, Atlas was able to address the needs of its client base first through the use of its Summer magazine. Released in May, Atlas used their magazine platform to provide their readers with informative updates and tips businesses can be using to help navigate through this pandemic. Marketing solutions like these make all the difference when the time comes to express a message of urgency and undivided support, and we’re always ready to pull it all together.
