Hot Off the Spritz
Ingredients:
• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz Aperol
• ½ oz honey syrup( 1:1 honey and water, heated until smooth)
• 2 oz watermelon juice *
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• Prosecco( or sparkling wine)
• Ice

Instructions:
1. In a wine glass, combine vodka, Aperol, watermelon juice, honey syrup, and lime juice.
2. Add ice and stir gently. 3. Top with prosecco. 4. Garnish with a watermelon slice. * If using fresh watermelon
Ingredients:
Mint To Be Between Tu-Lips
Muddle watermelon( rind removed) with honey syrup and lime juice in a shaker. Add vodka and Aperol, then shake with ice. Fine strain into a wine glass with fresh ice and top with prosecco.
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz honey syrup( 1:1 honey and water, heated until smooth)
• 1½ oz peach juice
• 3 – 4 fresh mint leaves
• Ice Instructions:
1. In a shaker, add mint leaves, lemon juice, honey syrup, and peach juice. Muddle lightly to release the mint without bruising it.
2. Add vodka and ice. 3. Shake well and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. 4. Garnish with a mint leaf or thin peach slice.
