SHAKING UP CONTENT, ONE COCKTAIL AT A TIME

First Bloom

Ingredients:
• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz elderflower liqueur
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ¾ oz simple syrup( 1:1 sugar and water, heated until dissolved)
• 4 – 5 fresh raspberries
• Soda water
• Ice
Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine raspberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Muddle gently to release the berries’ flavor.
2. Add gin and elderflower liqueur. 3. Fill with ice and shake well. 4. Fine strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. 5. Top with soda water. 6. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a few raspberries.
