Step 4- Getting Your Crowns Into Shape
Carefully place the crown cut-out over the top of your ice-cream cone, allowing it to fall naturally into shape. Gently press and mould the fondant so it fits snugly around the cone, taking care to preserve every delicate detail- for a crown must always maintain it’ s composure! Set aside to dry completely, or place in a low oven at 40-50 ° C for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool fully. Take care not to touch the crowns until they are completely cooled and firm- patience, as ever, is rewarded, dear reader.
