Step 10 Load a piping bag with a coupler , a 21 tip and Rose buttercream . Now we are going to start a flower swag ! Using the lines of the cutter as a rough guide , start piping small rosettes to create flowers . Hold your piping bag where you want the rosette , start pushing and start moving your piping tip in a tight circle . Once where you started , release the tip without pressure and pull away .
Step 11 Step 12 Change the tip to 21 on the Raspberry buttercream bag with the coupler and repeat to start filling in the gaps along the guide lines .
Change the Hot Pink coupler bag to a 14 and fill in any small gaps with smaller rosettes .
