Step 7 Repeat step 3 with a shell border just on top of the gap you just filled .
Step 8 Change out the Hot Pink bag coupler from the 70 to a 199 tip . Above the shell border just piped , start piping another shell border .
Step 9 Using a 7cm round cutter , find approximately the half way point of the cutter and use to press into the cake to create a guide for the swags . Start from the front of the cake and then switch from left to right until you ’ re at the back of the cake . Sometimes the guide doesn ’ t always match up and this negates any mismatches on your front .
