Step 1
Fill piping bags with buttercream and appropriate tips .

Using the pink buttercream with the petal tip , pipe a ruffle row using an up & down motion , around the base of the cake on the board . Leave approx 5mm gap away from the cake . |

Step 3 Using your teal buttercream , pipe a shell border row around the base of the cake on top of the ruffle .
Step 4 Next , pipe a row of the orange buttercream on top of the teal .
Step 5
Next , move onto the top edge of the cake . Using the pink buttercream , repeat the ruffle row on the top edge over hanging the sides .

Pipe a shell border on top of the pink ruffle using your teal buttercream all the way round .
Last row of piping , using the orange buttercream , change your piping tip to the smaller # 33 open star tip and pipe a row of drop flowers in between the pink ruffle and teal piping on the top edge .
Place the pink and orange buttercream together in a piping bag with the Loyal 10 piping tip .
