How to Make Online Dining Reservations
Make your Sarasota National dining reservations online from your computer or mobile device — any time day or night . Upon making a dining reservation , you and your guests will receive an email confirmation . Log in to the Members website Under the “ Social & Dining ” section , select “ Social & Dining Calendar .” Choose your preferred dining or event on the calendar . Click the “ Click here to register ” button . For events with timeslots , choose your preferred time . All the available appear in green . In the booking window , indicate the number in your party . Add the names of those in your party in the Patron fields . If you need to add a note to Sarasota National staff or those in your party , add a note in the “ Comments ” box at the bottom of the booking window . When you are finished , click the “ Make Reservation ” button at the bottom of the window .
Upon completing your reservations , all people in your party will receive an email confirmation .
Reservation Guidelines & Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be made online ( unless where otherwise noted ), in person at the Club , or by calling ( 941 ) 244-4818 . Reservations for the following special events may be made 30 days in advance . When making a reservation online , by phone , or inperson at the Club , you must provide all of the Residents ’ and guests ’ names in your party and food selection if the event requires , at the time a reservation is made for all events . A 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all Sarasota National events . Cancellations must be made in advance or you will be charged for the event where applicable . For online reservations , cancellations may also be made online . If you have questions , please contact the Club at ( 941 ) 244- 4807 .
Guest Access Card Reminder
The Guest Access Cards must be returned to the Admin Office at the end of the visit . Residents are responsible for any fees of unreturned cards .
Resident Access Cards Reminder
To ensure the privacy of our Residents at Sarasota National , we request that Sarasota National Residents carry their Resident access ID cards while on the premises . Staff will require you to present cards for proper identification , ensure proper account charges and streamline the customer services you receive at the Club . Resident access cards are issued upon closing on your home . Resident access cards serve as your Resident identification card and provide you with the capabilities to charge dining and services to your account .
Visiting day guests must be accompanied by a Sarasota National Resident while on the premises . Guests staying with a Sarasota National Resident are required to have guest ID access card , which may be obtained in the administrative office at the Palm Club .

Bike Racks at the Palm Club Bike racks are located outside the pool ’ s entrance gate . All bicycles on the premises should be parked within the bike racks . Bikes are not permitted inside the pool area .
