Dear Members ,
Things at Sarasota National are busy ! Turnover is complete . Lennar is working on the final paving . We are in the middle of our ‘ busy period ’ which means golf tournaments are frequent , the pool and Tiki Bar are at capacity , and guests are traveling to our beautiful community for a visit .

Adding to the demands of season , we are now fully built out and our daily member needs and interactions have increased significantly throughout the previous year . To best service our members , I ’ ve reorganized the staff to provide optimal service and promoted the following employees . Please join me in congratulating the following team members !
Chris Vignolini has been promoted to Assistant General Manager . As the Assistant General Manager ( AGM ) Chris is ultimately responsible for all clubhouse , food and beverage , aquatics , and facilities operations including general housekeeping in these areas . The AGM will also be my deputy when I am unavailable . This will allow me more time to be ‘ out in the campus ’ ( gentle reminder that I host a ‘ Meet the GM ’ every month ).
Paul Grothouse has been promoted to Food and Beverage Manager . In his new role , Paul is responsible for enhancing the comprehensive culinary offerings and is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to consistently meet and exceed member expectations . Paul is also continuing his education and advancement through CMAA and will bring these teachings to the team at Sarasota National .

Megan Quinn is our new Dining Room Manager . Please welcome Megan to the team ! We are excited to have her support Paul with Food and Beverage operations and manage the dining room . She was at Venetian River Club for five years and has hands on dining club experience and is our newest team member !
