Trash and recycle bins must be stored inside your garage except for during collection . Collection day is every Friday . Aside from their routine contracted services , the Sunnygrove team collects small debris like palm fronds or small shrubbery clippings twice per week , on Tuesdays & Fridays . However , they do not provide bulk yard waste removal for individual homes . Sunnygrove can provide quotes for bulk removal , upon request . If owners have large loads of yard debris to dispose of , waste management collects yard waste at no cost , as long as the debris is bagged / bundled according to the Waste Management guidelines .
Be mindful of the wildlife in the community . It ’ s a rare and thrilling experience to encounter wildlife up close and personal , but please be careful . Wild animals should not be fed or touched , this includes birds . Please keep an eye out when driving , and use caution , as many of these critters are crossing the roadways and often find themselves as victims of traffic .

Don ’ t allow pets to swim , exercise or drink in or near waters or wetlands that may contain alligators . Alligators are most active between dusk and dawn . Therefore , avoid swimming at night . Leave alligators alone . State law prohibits killing , harassing or possessing alligators . Handling even small alligators can result in injury .
