Single-family homeowners are responsible for keeping clean all roofs , pavers & sidewalks contained within their property boundaries . Avoid a violation by completing pressure washing as needed . Failure to keep these areas clean may result in violations and / or fines , membership suspension . Please help contribute to the beauty of your community . If your roofs or sidewalks are visibly dirty , please have them cleaned . When cleaning , please use caution around the surrounding landscape , cleaning chemicals may cause damage to the turf and plant life that is irreversible . Below is a photo sample of a roof and sidewalk in need of cleaning .
Wild boar eradication within the community . They are on the move again , as spring is in the air ! The Wild Boar are an invasive and destructive species throughout Florida . Our trapping expert remains vigilant in trapping and removing boar from the property . You may observe their crews onsite from time to time utilizing working ATV ’ s , trucks , and traps . Please report boar sightings or damages to the main office , so that we can properly advise the trapper of ongoing activity .
