I love adding dimension with these designs so I have gone ahead with the Wilton 21 tip and white buttercream and repeated step 12 , on top of the Sky Blue we had just piped , to add a second draped swirl .
Using Wilton 16 and Teal buttercream , frame the top side of the cake by adding a small shell border running horizontally around the top of the cake in between the swags . I hold my bag and tip at about a 45 degree angle and use a medium pressure to gain this effect .
