Filling a bag with Sky Blue and a Loyal 4B , repeat step 1 , above the white shell border .

Now using Teal by Colourmill , fill a bag with a Wilton 16 ( Small Star ) tip and piping a small shell border in between the white and Sky Blue base border .

Using a Wilton 21 tip and white buttercream , pipe a shell border ( using the same motion as step 1 , 5 and 6 ) to frame the swags . Slightly cover the top of the blue piping as you pass it- this ensures a more clean and over-the-top effect that we are after here .
Using the same tip and bag , pipe another shell border above the Sky Blue on the base of the cake . This cake design is all about excess , more is more and you shouldn ’ t be afraid to ‘ over-do it !’.
