YOU WILL NEED :

Turntable Cranked palette knife Spatula Ganache scraper Cake layers ( x4 6 " round ) Cake board Buttercream Piping bag and piping tip
Blue oil food colouring White chocolate shards White chocolate ganache ( white chocolate + pouring cream ) Ferrero rochers Silver leaf Sprinkles Fondant snowflakes
Step 1 Step 2 Using a spatula , scoop a generous heaping onto the cake layer attached to a cake board .
Using a cranked palette knife , spread the buttercream whilst rotating the turntable .
Step 3 Apply the next cake layer . Repeat until you have used up all cake layers .
Step 4 Using the palette knife , spread on a thin layer of buttercream covering the whole cake .
