St . Johns Family ,
We are really honored to have Chef Alex on our team . During our busy Valentines weekend , Chef Alex drove down to Daytona Beach in the middle of night to be at his 7:00AM Executive Chef Pastry exam . For this exam , Chef had to make breads and cakes from scratch along with a written test . He passed with flying colors and head back to the Club for busy dinner service . So next time you see Chef say congratulations and try some of his club made desserts .
