President Lynn-Ellen St. Martin entertained a motion to add WSCA Secretary Elizabeth Bauer as signer on the WSCA bank account.
A motion was made by Dustin Heck, seconded by Julia Northwick, to add WSCA Secretary Elizabeth Bauer as signer on the WSCA bank account. Motion carried unanimously.
President Lynn-Ellen St. Martin entertained a motion to add WSCA Treasurer Amanda Gustafson as signer on the WSCA bank account.
A motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Julie Gintner, to add WSCA Treasurer Amanda Gustafson as signer on the WSCA bank account. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Julie Ginter, seconded by Paul Hansen, to add WSCA President Lynn-Ellen St. Martin as signer on the WSCA bank account. Motion carried unanimously.
Liz Bauer would like to issue General Meeting notifications via email going forward, due to the rising cost of postage, and the fact that mailing postcards results in at least 10 % returned postcards. Sara Schwartz helped Liz review procedures and by-laws, and sending out notifications electronically does not go against current procedure or by-laws. Sending out notifications electronically via email and possibly WSCA Spotlight would allow us to reach more recipients, as we could send it to all spotlight subscribers, in addition to club delegates, secretaries and presidents. Liz will work with Rachel on putting together a notice to WSCA members of the change, to be distributed via spotlight and Facebook.
Motion was made by Darcy Berget, seconded by Julia Northwick to adjourn the January 7 Board of Directors meeting at 8:07 pm. Motion passed unanimously.
