Meeting was called to order by Lynn-Ellen St. Martin at 7:00 PM Public Open Comment: None Secretary’ s Report: Liz Bauer
Motion made by James Duenow, seconded by Julie Gintner to approve the December 3rd, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
Treasurer’ s Report: Arlene Bayer

Balance Sheet and Income Statement was presented, YTD Net Income( Loss) is $ 1,432.88. The final 2025 WSCA Championship Show Profit / Loss sheet was presented, which showed that the 2025 WSCA Championship Show had a loss of $ 13,903.89. It was noted because we were still able to host a champ show in 2025, and MN 4H was still able to rent our stalls, we were still able to make our 2025 payment towards ownership of stalls. If WSCA had chosen not to have a show, MN 4H probably wouldn’ t have rented our stalls, which would have set us farther back.
It was discussed that we need the board needs to approve access for the WSCA Treasurer and President to make withdraws from WSCA’ s Minnco Credit union account.
A motion was made by Dustin Heck, seconded by Courtney Betsch, to approve the December 31, 2025 Treasurers report, and to approve the WSCA Treasurer and President to make withdraws from WSCA’ s Minnco Credit union account. Motion carried unanimously.
Correspondence: 43 club memberships and dues were turned in since the December 3 rd Board meeting. Of the 43 club memberships turned in, 2 were new WSCA Clubs; Someday Ranch Riders and Prairie Rose Saddle Club. This brings 2026 memberships received to date to 47 clubs. This time last year we were at 49 clubs.
Committee Reports: Awards Banquet: Julia Northwick
Julia presented a preliminary Awards Banquet budget. The committee is looking for a bigger venue for 2026, as last year we almost reached our limit of the space. Board members in attendance were in agreeance that we need a
