This family-owned bank has encouraged entrepreneurs and employers since
1908. Today, it has 20 locations and more than $1 billion in assets. Kitsap Bank’s
innovative edg3 FUND program helps create a dynamic way of funding small
startup businesses. Applicants for a $25,000 prize are chosen in part by a public
vote, then make a pitch before a live audience and independent panel of judges.
The sixth annual edg3 FUND competition was held in Bremerton in November.
