After opening a grill and beer garden in this Bavarian themed community, Pam Brulotte and her
husband Oliver expanded with a brewpub downtown. They recently constructed an additional
manufacturing facility on the outskirts of town. Last year they brewed 6,500 barrels (13,000 kegs)
of craft beer. They employ 60-90 people (depending on the season) at their two facilities.
