Choose “CPT Version 3.x” as import format. In the file dialog box browse to your current CPT 3.3 repertoire
and select it. The program will show you all available sub-repertoires. Then you have to check all subrepertoires which you want to import. The program will import each sub-repertoire as an opening element in
CPT. You can either just select all sub-repertoires for white or black and then import them into the corresponding folder or import them all under let’s say white and then drag & drop them to the black folder afterwards
(depending on how many sub-repertoires you have one of both ways is more efficient).
During the import the program will automatically ensure that no positions or moves are imported twice. Thus
you will immediately benefit from the universal database approach of CPT 4 where no position is stored twice
even if they belong to two different openings.
Training scores are not imported as the concept of training scores significantly changed.
