USING GAME ANALYSIS FEATURES
You can add analysis to your own games, which is especially useful for sharing and publishing your games( either in print or online, which we ' ll learn about later). You can add comments to games to help your reader understand the game. Comments are also useful when you replay a game months( or even years) later, to remind you of what you were thinking at the time a game was played. You ' re able to use comments for other purposes, too, like recording clock times at specific moves in tournament games, or recording pondering time( in days) for correspondence games.
After you click on a move in the Notation panel for which you want to add commentary( either verbal or visual) there are two separate ways to access the commentary features. The first is to click“ Analysis” from the ribbon and then select“ Annotations” from the panel:
