Multi-Scholarship Recipients

SCHOLARS EARN HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA , ASSOCIATE DEGREE

More than 50 students are graduating with an associate degree and high school diploma . Fifty-one Early College High School seniors and one Phoenix Academy senior earned simultaneous degrees . What ’ s more , seniors earned $ 3.5 million in scholarships .

“ The Class of 2023 is a really great group of students , they embody the heart of our school and the heart of our stallion ,” said principal Erica Bennett . “ They are really generous , giving and compassionate students . When they leave here , they will be servant leaders in their next pursuit .

MISD opened its Tarrant Count College
Southeast Early College High School at Timberview High School in 2017 . The school gives students an opportunity to earn a high school diploma with an associate degree , up to 60 credit hours .

STUDENTS EARN MORE THAN $ 111K THROUGH MULTI-SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
High school students earned more than $ 111,000 in scholarship funds through the MISD Multi-Scholarship Program .
