BOARD ELECTION DAY SET FOR MAY 6
Two seats on the
Mansfield ISD Board of Trustees are on the ballot for the May 6 election . A general election with the two seats ( Place 6 and Place 7 ) will be held .
The candidates for Place 6 include Quintin V . Huckaby and Dr . Benita
Reed . Current board president Courtney Lackey Wilson is running uncontested for Place 7 .
The Early Voting schedule for the May 6 General Election has been finalized . Early voting will run Monday , April 24 through Tuesday , May 2 .

MISD OFFERS VARIETY OF SUMMER PROGRAMS
Learning is a year-round experience at Mansfield ISD . The district offers a variety of academic and enrichment opportunities during the summer for all grade levels .
Opportunities include academic intervention programs for grades K-8 and acceleration courses and credit recovery for grades 9-12 . MISD also offers enrichment camps to keep students engaged and summer study suggestions to help students prepare for the upcoming school term .
