Mansfield ISD made it on the
2021 Forbes list for America ’ s Best-in-State Employers . For the state of Texas , MISD was in the top 70 .
Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to pinpoint the organizations liked best by employees of America ’ s best employers by state .
The ranking was based on an independent survey from a vast sample of 80,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 500 employees . Surveys were conducted from October 2020 to June 2021 . Participants remained anonymous , allowing them to freely share their opinions .
The respondents were asked to rate their employers on a variety of criteria , including safety of work environment , competitiveness of compensation , opportunities for advancement and openness to telecommuting . Participants were also asked how likely they ’ d be to recommend their employer to others .
The final list ranks the 1,328 employers that received the greatest number of recommendations in each of the 50 states , as well as the District of Columbia .
